EVERY SESSION IS A CEREMONY
Before we talk about techniques, medicines, or healing practices, it is important to understand how I approach this work.
Every session is a ceremony.
Not because it is formal. Not because it follows a script. But because we are intentionally stepping out of ordinary life and creating space for something deeper to unfold.
Each ceremony begins by slowing down. By listening. By becoming present.
By inviting Spirit into the room.
From there, we allow the session to unfold according to what is needed.
Sometimes that looks like conversation. Sometimes silence. Sometimes tears.
Sometimes laughter. Sometimes profound transformation.
No two ceremonies are ever the same. Because no two people are ever the same.
SHAMANIC HEALING
Shamanism is not something I do.
It is a relationship I have cultivated with Spirit over many years.
Through drumming, prayer, journeying, and ceremony, I enter an altered state of consciousness and allow compassionate helping spirits to work through me.
In shamanic traditions, this is sometimes referred to as becoming a hollow bone.
I step aside. Spirit steps forward.
From that place, the ceremony unfolds according to what is needed.
These ceremonies may include soul retrieval, power restoration, energy extraction, divination,
power animal connection, messages from Spirit
As Spirit works, energies that no longer serve may be released, forgotten parts of ourselves may be restored, and a deeper sense of connection often emerges.
No two ceremonies are ever the same because no two people are ever the same.
My role is not to force an outcome.
My role is to listen, trust, and allow Spirit to guide the work.
HEART OPENING CEREMONIES
Many people carry grief they were never taught how to feel. Losses that were never acknowledged.
Emotions that were never given space to move. Over time, the heart learns to protect itself.
Heart Opening Ceremonies create a gentle space for those protections to soften. These ceremonies often follow shamanic healing work, allowing the heart to open once heavier energies have been released and the body feels safe enough to let go.
Working with Bobinsana Hapé, compassionate presence, and energy work, we create a container where grief, love, vulnerability, and connection are welcome. A space where tears can flow. A space where emotions can move. A space where the vibration of love can be experienced directly within your own body.
Not because love needs to be created. Because it has always been there.
PLANT MEDICINE CEREMONIES
Plant medicines have been some of my greatest teachers. I approach them with deep respect, humility, and reverence.
These ceremonies are not about escaping life. They are about meeting it more fully.
Medicines may include Hapé and mushrooms, depending on the needs of the individual and the guidance received through Spirit.
The medicine is not the healer. The medicine is not the destination. The medicine is simply one of many allies that can help illuminate the path.
These ceremonies often bring awareness to patterns, emotions, and energies that have been hidden beneath the surface, allowing them to be seen, felt, and transformed through the wisdom of the medicine and the guidance of Spirit.
ENERGY EXCHANGE
I have learned that life becomes more beautiful when we support one another.
Sometimes that support comes through money.
Sometimes it comes through sharing our gifts.
A home-cooked meal made with love.
Helping in a garden.
Fixing something that has been broken.
Offering a skill, a trade, or a helping hand.
There are many ways to create a meaningful exchange.

My intention is not to create barriers.
My intention is to create opportunities for healing, connection, and community.
We'll simply have a conversation and find what feels right.
