Everything I share comes from love and from Spirit.
I don’t heal you — Spirit does. My role is to open the doorway, hold the space, and allow healing to move through.
We’ve forgotten what it means to live connected — to Spirit, to Earth, to each other. The work I offer helps you remember that connection and return home to yourself.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is humanity’s oldest healing tradition — dating back 30,000 to 40,000 years. Our ancestors understood something we’ve largely forgotten: everything is connected. We are not separate from nature or from Spirit.
Over time, organized religion tried to erase these practices because they empowered people to connect directly with Spirit. You didn’t need a church or a title to be divine — you already were.
I’m not here to criticize religion. I honor everyone’s path. I simply share what I know to be true — that Shamanism never disappeared. It went underground, waiting for the world to remember. There are several healing practices in Shamanism. Below you will find their descriptions.
During a Shamanic Healing session, I open sacred space and enter an altered state of consciousness.
Power Animal Retrieval
I journey with the guidance of compassionate helping Spirits to the Lower World, where I seek your Power Animal— an animal spirit ally who wishes to protect and guide you.
When I return, I merge that spirit with you here in this world. Some people feel a rush of power, others cry, and others simply feel peace. Whatever arises is perfect — it’s what your soul most needs in that moment.
Soul Retrieval
When we experience trauma, a part of our soul can separate to protect us. This is called soul loss. Over time, we may feel incomplete, disconnected, or dim — like pieces of our light are missing.
In a Soul Retrieval, I journey to locate and return these lost parts of your soul so your light and power can be restored.
I know this work personally. At eight years old, I experienced trauma that caused part of my soul to leave. Forty years later, I found “Little Roy” — still sitting in that room, waiting to feel safe. When I brought him home to my heart, I felt whole again.
Across lifetimes, we leave many fragments behind. Soul retrieval is about bringing them back — helping you remember your wholeness.
Energy Extraction
Everything is energy — thoughts, emotions, interactions, places. Sometimes we absorb energy that doesn’t belong to us.
In Energy Extraction, I work with my helping Spirits to identify and remove any stagnant or foreign energies that you may be carrying. Think of it like clearing emotional or energetic debris — the unseen weight that drains your vitality.
Once removed, I fill you with light and balance, often leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded.
Psychopomp
“Psychopomp” is an ancient Greek word that means soul guide. It’s the sacred act of helping souls cross peacefully to the other side.
With the guidance of loving Spirits, I assist souls who may be stuck, confused, or seeking the way home.
I’ve journeyed to the afterlife myself. What I experienced there was beauty beyond words — connection, reunion, and peace. That experience erased my fear of death completely.
This work can be done for those who have passed or for those nearing the end of life who wish to transition consciously and in love.
Divination
Divination is the practice of asking Spirit for guidance.
I don’t call myself a psychic — I’m simply a bridge between you and your helping Spirits. While I’m always happy to ask for messages on your behalf, I believe the greatest power is learning how to communicate directly with Spirit yourself.
Spirit’s guidance is always loving, but it’s also honest. It tells you what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear.

To summarize- Shamanic healing is about restoring power, restoring your light. For when our light is dimmed from too much soul loss, we feel weak and powerless. Shamanic healing brings back your lost parts so your light can shine bright again. How does this help you? Well, sometimes we know we need to change. Whether that's going to therapy, losing weight, the strength to leave a bad situation. It's hard to do these things when you don't have your power. That's where Shamanism comes in. By restoring that power, you have the power to move, to make change.

Plant Medicines — Teachers of the Earth
The plants are our teachers.
They have been guiding humankind since the beginning — whispering wisdom, showing us how to heal, and reminding us of our sacred connection to all life.
Plant medicines are not quick fixes. They are not here to entertain us or to give us a “trip.” They are here to teach. Each plant carries its own spirit, its own lessons, and its own vibration of love. The plants will always show you what you need to see — not necessarily what you want to see. Healing through them is a process of remembering, releasing, and integrating.
I only serve plant medicines that have given me permission to serve. I have spent years in relationship with these plants — learning their songs, sitting in ceremony, and listening to their Spirits. When a plant tells me it is time, then I serve. This is my integrity. This is my promise to them, and to you.
Hapé — Breath of the Forest
Hapé (pronounced haa-pay) is a sacred herbal snuff prepared by the Indigenous tribes of the Amazon. It is made with finely ground tobacco and medicinal plants, seeds, ashes, and sacred tree barks — each chosen with prayer, intention, and deep respect for the Spirit of the plants.
To receive hapé is to receive the breath of the forest.
This medicine is not recreational — it is prayer. In ceremony, the hapé is applied through the nostrils using a special applicator called a tepi (when shared) or kuripe (when self-administered). The breath that carries the medicine is the breath of life itself — a transmission of Spirit, of love, of connection to the Earth.
The Indigenous peoples of the Amazon have used hapé for thousands of years to cleanse the mind, purify thoughts, and bring spiritual alignment. It clears negativity and heaviness from the body, mind, and soul, grounding us back into presence — back into our hearts.
When I serve hapé, I do so with prayer and reverence. I call in the helping Spirits, open sacred space, and ask the medicine to bring only love, clarity, and healing. Every blend carries its own vibration — some open the heart, others ground and cleanse. All are teachers.
Hapé reminds us that we are never separate from nature. We are nature.
It teaches us to breathe with intention, to release with trust, and to remember our connection to all that is.

Bobinsana — The Cosmic Mermaid
Bobinsana, known to the tribes of the Amazon as La Sirenita Bobinsana or “The Cosmic Mermaid,” is one of the most beautiful heart-opening plants I’ve ever worked with. Her Spirit is soft, nurturing, and profoundly healing. She teaches us how to dissolve grief, release sadness, and return to love.
I work with Bobinsana both as a tincture and in hapé form. In ceremony, I pray to the medicine and set intentions for healing. As you receive her essence, you may find yourself letting go of long-held pain. You may cry — not from sadness, but from the beauty of remembering your own heart.
She is gentle, but her teachings are deep. Bobinsana will meet you exactly where you are.
Grandfather Tobacco — The Grounding Spirit
The Tobacco I work with is not the toxic, commercialized plant that corporations have twisted for profit. This is sacred, original Tobacco — Mapacho, the grandfather of all plant medicines. He is powerful, cleansing, and deeply grounding.
Grandfather Tobacco teaches respect. He purifies and anchors the energy in ceremony, calling in the Spirits and holding the space in love. I work with him in hapé form and as a sacred smoke. In smoke form, I blow the Tobacco around you and your energy field — not as a ritual of habit, but as a prayer of gratitude and protection.
Each breath with Tobacco is an offering, a reminder of the sacred exchange between breath and Spirit.
Mushrooms — Los Niños Santos, The Holy Children
Mushrooms — Los Niños Santos — are the holy children of the Earth. Their Spirit is playful, wise, and full of light. They have helped me heal my own depression, and they continue to teach me about love, connection, and the infinite web of life.
I grow them with ceremony and intention — singing, praying, and filling the space with love as they grow. When I serve mushrooms, I do so with the same reverence and partnership. The goal is not to dive into darkness but to connect with Source, Nature, and Spirit.
Each journey is unique. Some prefer to experience the medicine indoors in a comfortable setting; others join me in the forest, where Mother Earth herself hosts the ceremony. There we move, sing, and dance with the Spirits. We honor the fire, the trees, the air, and the breath that sustains it all.
When we journey with mushrooms, we remember.
We remember that we are love, that we are light, and that we are nature embodied.

Heart Opening
These sessions are some of my favorites — raw, vulnerable, and beautiful.
Many of us have built walls around our hearts to protect ourselves from pain, but those same walls block us from love. In a Heart Opening session, we gently begin to remove those walls — even one brick at a time — to create space for love to enter again.
I open sacred space, call in the helping Spirits, and invite Bobinsana to assist. As her gentle medicine begins to work, I may (with your consent) hold you, placing my hands on your heart while channeling pure loving energy. Sometimes I sing, sometimes I hum — always led by Spirit.
The goal is simple: to feel love again.
To remember what it means to be open, tender, and alive.

Reiki
Reiki is energy work — a gentle balancing of your energetic field.
These sessions focus on clearing and aligning your chakras. They’re peaceful, relaxing, and perfect when you need a reset or quick tune-up.

I honor the sacredness of this work, and I know that healing should never be withheld because of money. I work on a sliding scale and welcome trade or exchange — whether it’s a home-cooked meal, yard work, or another act of love. I trust that Spirit will provide what is needed. What matters most is that you show up with sincerity and an open heart.
