Most men were never taught how to understand themselves emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.
We were taught to suppress. To perform. To survive. To disconnect from the body. To think our way through life while ignoring what we feel. But everything is energy.
Our emotions are energy. Trauma is energy. Anger is energy. Grief is energy. Fear is energy. Truth is energy.
When energy is suppressed, ignored, or trapped in the body, it shapes how we think, feel, react, relate, and move through life.
Wind + Fire was created to help men reconnect with themselves through embodiment, brotherhood, movement, ritual, emotional honesty, and the conscious movement of energy.
This is not about becoming a "perfect man". It is about becoming a real one.

THE ENERGY OF WIND
Wind represents breath, truth, intuition, movement, communication, and the unseen energies moving through all things.
Wind teaches us to listen. To feel.
To become aware of what is happening beneath the surface.
To reconnect with intuition and inner knowing in a world filled with distraction and noise.
THE ENERGY OF FIRE
Fire represents transformation, courage, release, passion, life force, and awakening.
Fire burns away illusion. It reveals truth.
It transforms stagnant energy into movement and action.
Fire is destruction and rebirth.

Every month we gather around a different aspect of the human experience.
Together we explore

This work is experiential. Not just discussing energy. Feeling it. Moving it. Embodying it.
WHAT CEREMONY MAY INCLUDE
The circle unfolds according to the needs of the men who are present.
Ceremony may include

No prior experience is needed. Only a willingness to show up honestly.

My name is Roy.

Like many men, I spent years disconnected from my grief, my emotions, my body, and myself.
Wind + Fire was born from my own journey of remembering.
Today I simply hold the container. The circle belongs to all of us.
